Are your appetite suppressants safe?
Yes. The prescription appetite suppressants we use, such as Adipex P, are safe and effective for controlling hunger. They are FDA-approved and are recommended by the National Institute of Health for the treatment of weight loss. There are a few minor side effects that are easily remedied. These will be discussed with you in detail by your weight loss physician.
Do the appetite suppressants make you lose weight?
The appetite suppressants we use are effective for controlling hunger. The weight loss you achieve is based on following our dietary plan along with the injections and supplements, see our before and after weight loss pictures.
What is the Solutions 800 Diet?
The foods we recommend are all easy to find at a local grocery store. The Solutions 800 Diet is an 800 calorie, real-food, fat-free diet that consists of lean protein, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and favorable carbohydrates (vegetarian options available). Details of the diet will be discussed during the consultation. It is balanced and easy to follow! Portion sizes are very specific to ensure the best results. We do not recommend meal-replacement shakes or bars since it does not teach us how to eat properly in maintenance.
Is it really necessary to come on a weekly basis?
No. You do not need to come every week. The program is very flexible, allowing you to follow up at your convenience! Some choose to return weekly to have more accountability, while others prefer to return less frequently to fit their schedule. You will need 7 tabs of Phentermine and 2 Lipo Burn Shots per week to do well in the program. The program cost is $65/week and includes these medications. At your request, we can dispense up to 12 weeks of phentermine and Lipo Burn Shots at a time. At each visit you decide how much you will need to take with you to stay on track.
Example #1, if you wish to return in 2 weeks, you would pay $65 x 2 weeks = $130 and receive #14 tabs of Phentermine and 4 Lipo Burn syringes.
Example #2: if you wish to return in 5 weeks, you would pay $65 x 5 weeks, and receive #35 tabs of phentermine and 10 Lipo Burn Syringes.
Does the program incorporate any exercise?
While we encourage walking 5 -10,000 steps/day, we discourage any vigorous, intense or strenuous exercise. With intense workouts, you will only become more hungry and find it difficult to stick with the diet. In some case you could pass out or become lightheaded. Too much exercise will derail your efforts to follow the strict diet. However, once you reach your goal, exercise will become extremely important to maintain your target weight.
What happens if I have medical problems? Will I be able to enroll?
Almost everyone who joins our program has a medical problem, especially those associated with being overweight such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. Our physicians are experts in determining whether you are a suitable candidate for our program. If there are any unusual concerns based on your medical history or test results, we will obtain recommendations and/or medical clearance from your primary care physician or sub-specialist if it is necessary. Modifications to the program are made for every individual patient to meet their own unique needs.
How much does your program cost?
The Cost of the program is $180 to get started and then $65 per week. The 1st week of phentermine and Lipo Burn are included with the initial consultation, at no additional cost. The $65 fee also includes 7 tabs of phentermine and 2 Lipo Burn shots. Other products such as B12 and natural weight loss supplements are sold separately. See Prices for more detail.

How ofter will you check my weight?
Each time you return, the doctor or medical assistant will check your weight and and either confirm your plan or make appropriate changes. Since the program is so flexible, the frequency really depends on how often you decide to return!

Do I have to do injections to be in the program?
No. Everything is optional, so you decide! Lipo Burn Injections are highly recommended, but not mandatory. You can still lose weight if you decide to forego the injections. However, these are tiny shots that do not hurt. We can make you very comfortable doing the injection on the 1st visit, even if you are a needle-phobe.
